Arzetti began his career as a model. His name continues to climb until eventually become one of the top model in Indonesia. Arzetti has ever supported films inspired by the Bali bombers called Angels Cry.

Family
Arzetti married to a businessman named Aditya Setiawan. They married in February 2004. This couple has been blessed with three children, Bagas Wicaksono Rahadi Setyawan (born March 9, 2005), Dimas Aryo Baskoro Rahadi Setyawan (born March 12, 2006), and daughter (who has not been named, while called Gendis born January 2, 2007). Second son, Bagas and Dimas get entirely from the mother's breast milk. Because of this concern, Arzetti ASI was appointed as Ambassador since July 2005.
